Our registered users ("Members") create organizational accounts, issue certificates to recipients, manage certificate templates, and track verification activities. Certificate recipients and verifiers ("Visitors") can view and verify certificates without creating accounts.

You have choices about the information in your organization profile, such as organization details, contact information, branding elements, and certificate templates. You don't have to provide additional information on your profile; however, profile information helps you get more from our Services.

Certificate Data

We collect information when you create certificates, including recipient details, certificate content, issuance dates, and verification records. This data is essential for our certificate management and verification services.

2.2 Information From Others

Others may provide information about you when they upload certificate recipient lists, share certificates, or request certificate verification. We also may collect publicly available information about organizations for verification purposes.

We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our Services, including our sites, apps, and platform technology, such as when you view certificates, perform verifications, or use our API.
